RLM Foundations Learning Path

Raymond Lean Management (RLM) is built on the proven foundation and principles of the world-renowned Toyota Production System (TPS). Raymond's e-learning for key RLM principles offers the first step in understanding RLM and TPS standard process.

There is a standard process which includes tools for standardization, visualization, 5S, kaizen and problem solving. We teach teams about RLM concepts and coach them to integrate continuous improvement into their daily work.

• eLearning subscription is valid for 1 year
• 1 eLearning subscription per student 
• Includes eLearning module and knowledge check
• Course Length: 45+ Minutes each
